Our Returns Policy

• Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
• Items cannot be worn, washed or altered.
• If there are tags they must still be attached.
• If returned items appear to be worn, washed or altered and not in the original condition they will not qualify for an exchange or refund.
• Sale items are not eligible for return or refund.
• Shipping costs are not refunded.
  
  

Free Returns

As a small company we cannot offer free returns.  However, the 30 day return policy from receipt of order lets you choose an inexpensive postal option.  We do recommend that you use a tracked service.

Can I return my order for a refund?

Yes you can return your order for a refund.  Refunds will be processed as soon as the item is received and as long as everything is in order.  The refund will be made within 3 days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If the goods you receive are damaged then the cost of return shipping will be included in your refund.

 Can I exchange my item?

Yes.  If you receive your order and the size is not quite right or you think another colour might be better. you can exchange the item. When you are exchanging your item for another size or style, please note that you will be charged for postage of the replacement item.
