Our Returns Policy

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • Items cannot be worn, washed, or altered.
  • Tags must still be attached, if applicable.
  • Items that appear worn, washed, or altered will not qualify for an exchange or refund.
  • Sale items are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Shipping costs are not refunded.

Free Returns

As a small company, we cannot offer free returns. However, our 30-day return window from receipt of order allows you to use a low-cost shipping option. We recommend using a tracked postal service for your return.

Can I return my order for a refund?

Yes, you can return your order for a refund. Once the item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 3 days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted unless the item was damaged, in which case we will include return shipping in your refund.

Can I exchange my item?

Yes, you can exchange your item if the size or colour isn’t right. Please note that you’ll be responsible for the postage of the replacement item.
